Skip Short is a member of the New York City law firm, Short & Billy, P.C.
He is a graduate of Fordham College (1972) and Georgetown University Law Center (1975) where he was a law fellow and senior editorial board member of Georgetown's International Law Journal.
He practices in the fields of insurance, healthcare fraud, international and commercial litigation.
