Patrice Soberano
Patrice Soberano is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
She has been with Short & Billy, P.C. since 1998.
Ms Soberano is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Filipino-American Bar Association and Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
Patrice Soberano graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines in 1988. She is admitted to practice law in the Philippines. Ms Soberano was an in-house counsel for a firm that represented international trademark owners in the Philippines where her firm mounted raids against suspected violators of intellectual property laws. Patrice Soberano worked at prosecuting these violators and campaigned for legislative reforms seeking heavier penalties for violators.
