

Brendan Nolan
Mr. Nolan serves as Of Counsel to the law firm of Short Zevgaras & Kang P.C.
His practice is centered on commercial dispute resolution. Mr. Nolan has successfully prosecuted, defended, evaluated and resolved commercial actions in New York and New Jersey trial and appellate courts. He has assessed rights, duties and defenses arising from insurance policies, surety bonds, contracts, commercial leases, assignments, releases and other commercial agreements.
Mr. Nolan has also utilized alternative dispute resolution to manage costs, streamline issues and accelerate disposition of disputes. He has negotiated favorable settlement of cases based on a realistic analysis of liability and damages.
Mr. Nolan has selected, retained, monitored and evaluated local counsel on a nationwide basis. He has represented the interests of insurers with respect to coverage determination and numerous subrogation matters.
Mr. Nolan earned a B.B.A., cum laude, from Pace University. He earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
Mr. Nolan is admitted to the state bars in New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the following United States District Courts: the Southern District of New York: the Easten District of New York; and the District of New Jersey.
