Michelle Moldovan
Michelle Moldovan is an associate with the law firm of Short & Billy, PC.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in English and American Literature from New York University and her Juris Doctor degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
Ms. Moldovan is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, the District of Columbia, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining Short and Billy in January of 2019, Ms. Moldovan spent nearly 10 years as a civil litigator and is thus well versed in navigating the New York State court system. Her practice includes insurance defense, construction accidents and premises liability.
